Missing purchases in Mac App Store

I have updated one of my Macs (clean install) to MacOS Catalina. On this Mac, the App Store shows no purchases. On my other Mac still running Mojave, the App Store there shows all of my purchases.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I have signed out of my iCloud/Apple ID completely on the Catalina system and have removed caches and Preference files for the App Store.

Still no purchases being shown.

Yeah I just saw that thread after I submitted this. What a bummer of a release. Sidecar works great....so there's that...
