Mist in my iMac screen!

I have mist INSIDE my iMac screen! We went on holiday for two weeks, come home, turn on the beautiful iMac to find mist building up on the screen after just a few minutes of use!

We have got an appointment to get the iMac checked and replaced next week.

Until then, is it alright to use the iMac? Everyone in the house uses it for one reason or another, and although we have full Time Machine backups so we will have our data back on the replacement, we still wonna use it, and cant really be without it for a week.

Sounds like condensation. If you do a search you'll find some long threads about the same problem You might find some help there.

I heard about this on the forums, i would try the iKlear cleaning kit that would probably work

Yeah, I read about it, apparently it happens once then is OK after, and it has now cleared up and not come back since, however we are still taking it back just to be on the safe side.
