I was able to preorder an iPhone 14 with a case. I realized that I put the wrong shipping address in during the order. I was able to change the shipping address for the phone as that was a preorder. However, I can't change the shipping address for the case as it is in "Preparing To Ship" stage. I've called and done the online chat with no solution. They weren't able to help me. What are my options now?
 
I'm in the same boat. Hoping once everything calms down, they'll call UPS and have them reroute the package but they don't really seem willing to do that now.

I'm not well versed in UPS My Choice, but I'm hoping at least that I'll be able to have it held at a UPS facility so I can go and pick it up.
 
AFAIK once its at that stage you can’t change. If it was me I would order another and have it sent to the correct address and sort the other order out in due course.

I just did a chat with Apple and although it's in Preparing For Shipment, they are putting in a special request to have the address changed for the case, and I should get an email back within 24-48 hours. Don't know 100% if it will work but I'd try that.

hmm the chat has been extremely unhelpful. It takes forever just to connect with someone and then when I do connect, they say they don't have the option to change it. I will keep trying.

What I did was after they said that there was nothing they can do, I asked what options I have and if they're able to contact UPS after it ships, and that's when they put in the request.

It might also depend on who you get on the chat.
 
My case ended up shipping and it is going to the wrong address. Going to call UPS a bit later but I'm guessing it's a lost cause.
