My app, Mixrt, lets you pick a photo and apply various Geometric Filters that transform it into a pretty pattern.

The app uses a set of unique filters that can be mixed together to build pretty effects. You can try out e.g.: "Noise & Delaunay" or "Pixelate & Artifacts"; the instagram account lists major filters that have been used in each image, e.g. here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BF2BU1JIEpC/?taken-by=mixrtapp .
Also, some of the filters are "Editor Filters" and give you greater level of control. With "Delaunay Editor" you can place points that automatically get connected into triangles, which may produce a cool effect, like here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BF52Lt1IEtU/?taken-by=mixrtapp .
