So I know that a video must be in .mp4 format if i want to watch it on my ipod, BUT
How do i convert .mkv videos into .mp4? I used iSquint but i had subtitles on the video that were lost.

So, is there any way I can convert a .mkv video to a .mp4 while still keeping the subtitles on the video file.

Thanks

Note: I don't have quicktime pro and i do not want to buy it.
