ML and Log-out problems for the applications

I keep getting this error. I have no idea why.

Basically if I have some application running and left the computer to go sleep, when I wake up the computer I get that error message. It is not only VLC but also for others as well...

Any idea what can cause this? I am on a Late 2010 MBA and fresh install ML.
