ML Arranging problem?

I noticed this bug in Mountain Lion. When you go to a folder (Like: Picture, Documents, Home etc.) and you have it set to arrange by "name" it still is disorganized and it lets the folders be EVERYWHERE instead of in a grid. And the thing is when I go to the Arrange button, it has Name toggled. I have to arrange it to something else and set it back to name for it to go back to normal.

Anyone else have this problem.

Files Won't Stay Arranged in Folders!

Yes I am having the same issue. It is so annoying to have to sort by something else and then sort by Name again just to get things usable again. For Pete's Sake! Get your glitches ironed out before you release please Apple!

I still have this too in 10.8.2. Really annoying.

Arrange By and the new Sort By are absolutely horribly buggy! There have been many problems with this since Lion, and Apple doesn't seem to care at all...
