Ok so here is my question, does this redeem code give you access to download Mountain Lion multiple times?

Because I have a 2011 iMac I bought last year, obviously running Lion.
I also have a Retina MBP I bought a few weeks ago. Since I'll be using the rMBP's serial for the redemption, will I be able to download Mountain Lion on both computers for free?

yup but even easier when your download the first time make a bootable usb using this guide than you can use that usb to upgrade your other macs, FYI make the bootable usb before you install it on the rMBP because the installer deletes once you run it, just makes it faster than re-downloading a second time
