I get home from work anywhere between 5-7pm. I'd like to be able to pause a mets game that starts at 4pm PST so i can watch from the beginning when i get home. Granted, i can watch an archived game but those take awhile to show up. Like 8-10pm PST. Any suggestions? Any way to remotely access my atv2?

MLB.TV Pause Gamestart

I don't think it's possible. Even if you could pause the game, the stream automatically starts after a few seconds. It won't let the game buffer.
Get a PS3, which allows you to start any game in progress from the beginning, and doesn't charge an extra $15 for the app.
I have both. Love the instant start of the Apple TV, but prefer the PS3 interface a million times over. Can't wait for real apps on Apple TV, that'll make the MLB.tv offering much better.
