MM cancellation remorse

Hi all,with my MM expiring today,

I thought with all the rumours of MM going free, and after a few ppl on here putting the idea of google as a viable alternative.

i cancelled my subscription and tried out google...not bad, but it's really not comparable to MM

really miss the instant e-mail and calendar sync, and i really loved i disk

google is ok, does the same thing, but for me, not the same.. was a pain to set up too

think i have cancellation remorse!

you really don't miss something until its gone..

You can sync your calendar and get push email with google. You need top set up MS exchange log in details. Visit here http://www.google.com/mobile/sync/

It works really well for the iphone, pretty much the same as mobile me for email.

after i JB my IP4 i will try to sync with google again

I recently switched to a 50GB dropbox account and gmail combo instead of MM and I have not looked back. Once everything is set up there is no noticeable difference between the combo and MM IMO. I especially like the way that dropbox works in comparison to iDisk. Don't have remorse...move forward lol
