I am not sure, but this may be a bug only I am experiencing on my Xs with iOS 12.4.1 installed.

Can't really say how well it worked before because I rarely send MMS pictures, but I instantly get a "Not Delivered" if HEIC/HEIF is activated through Settings -> Camera -> Formats and set on High Efficiency. Every picture or video taken while the camera was on High Efficiency and thus has the HEIC/HEIF format will instantly fail.

I take this to be a bug because it should convert to JPEG and send it, but this apparently doesn't not happen. Anyone else having these issues or similar experiences?

I’ve seen it before. I assumed that it was because the image is too large, but that is an assumption.

I can send without any issues when HEIF/HEIC is disabled, doubt that is the problem.
