is there going to be an update from apple along with the att carrier update? just wondering about the add image button

all those buttons and things are already in the OS, they're just not activated. This update will do that. We will probably not see an apple update.

i have 3.1 but no picture button next to the font window
 
just a quick question, i havent been a iphone for enough time...however..

when we upgrade our carrier to whatever, will that wipe the phone clean? meaning is it going to be like a firmware upgrade?

Sorry if this has been answered...im kinda stuck searching for this since its a odd question to type out in search feature....

No, it just updates settings. And takes like 3 seconds.

No.

Also, a firmware update doesn't have to 'wipe the phone clean'. Updating it works just fine 99% of the time.
