mms with pic and audio

if someone sends me a mms that contains a pic and audio my iphone recieves them as 2 seperate mms's i can either open the pic or the listen to the audio but not both at the same time. anyway of making it open both at the same time?

Im pretty sure it cant be done. Maybe in a new OS release....

Have them send you a video of the pic instead?

You can't forward them as one either. that's quite annoying.
