i got mine on March 2nd. Ordered a stock 2.0 GHz with german localization.

Now, I -of course- used it quite a bit and I didn't notice it before but now my No.1 Key (the actual number, the one below the F2 key) is deeper than the key besides left of it (on german keyboard the ^/° key).

There's quite a wave in the keyboard, going form Key 1 to 3 maybe 4 and from Q to R and from F1 to F4,F5.

Anyone else got this problem.
I thought maybe this is a problem that occurs after a certain usage, being caused by heat.

I like my MBP and all and I'd be even able to overhear the buzzing display but this is a bit much to take for that amount of money.

I'm not delighted with the keyboard on my 2.0... the keys are uneven, the letter 'n' has to be pressed a little harder than the rest, the silver paint differs slightly in texture on four or five keys... But I dared to mention this on the Apple discussion forum and I got a couple of those guys with a lot of blue squares under their name saying "NO, THE KEYBOARD IS JUST FINE"... Oh well:rolleyes:

Hopefully it isn't the infamous 15" PowerBook keyboard problem: buckling, sticking, sinking...

Yes! But I doubt she reads MR.

Well mate, I would ask about a replacement. It's just a problem that happens sometimes with the 15".

I wouldn't bother that much, it doesn't look like it has any serious disadvantages, but if it's a very big problem, you should go to apple. BTW, do you have AppleCare?

I did call Apple Support and they sent me to an "Apple Service Point" nearby (since there are no apple stores in germany yet) and they will replace my keyboard and my inverter as soon the inverter is shippable.
