Mobile Chat - Petition to get everyone refunded and removed from App Store?

Anyone know how to go about doing this? It still amazes me this app is still on the app store, and doesnt even connect. Devs dont even update the program!

It should be removed and everyone should be given a 3 dollar credit that bought it when it came out. Ridiculous!! The rating system doesnt help early adopters.

Sure its only 3 bucks. Then think about how much money these a-clowns made with people that bought the program. Its fraud, period!

Just look at their BS quotes from their homepage!

I'm all for this. I've had this application for forever and, while it connects from time to time, it's not stable at all. I've tried to get a refund numerous times and they never get back to me. I think they've cut and run with their cash.

i emailed Apple once about moblechat, and they refunded me with in like 3 days. No big deal. they were very nice about it. The app it self blows, but it made me appreciate how good beejive is.

If everyone did what they did, the AppStore would be gone in a short time. People trying to make a good buck by lying and creating false promises is illegal, and fraud. They should be stripped from all of their profits and banned from the AppStore. They took advantage of the entire Apple community, and should be punished for it.

Apple wouldn't even refund me. Might be worth it to try again but I've given up on these developers. They're the worst I've ever seen.

the app was better when it was available through installer. decent now, just not very reliable. haven't tried contacting the developers because it is just $3.

Total trash, there are in fact several websites that allow petitions. They need to go down so more people don't get scammed.

I gave up on MobileChat the minute Beejive came out.
I asked for a refund and Apple issued a refund. It still amazes me they've only released ONE update in 6 months.

They're full of crap. Then they closed down their blog.
