Anyone else having a issue where you can only get the crappy mobile Facebook site on your iPad? I try the ‘request desktop’ option but I just keep getting the mobile site!

Facebook is responsive so you should get whichever version suits the width of your iPad's screen. on my 9.7 iPP I get the desktop minus the left column which is in the hamburger menu. I would think that the larger iPP's would display the full-width site.

One Facebook updated their website to be responsive (no mobile version and no desktop version, just one UI), the website probably thinks that you're using a large phone.
It’s worthless then. The site is garbage on a iPad screen like this. I may just delete my FB and be done with it.

You can try to adjust the page size with the aA icon. It’s working for me.
