I've had iGotYa for years and I've been having a few issues with it since I put it on my iPhone 5 (6.1). It's obviously needing some updates as I've seen other people with similar problems. I've emailed with my issues with the app on iOS 6.1. My most important issue is Cydia is not recognizing it as a previous purchase. I've emailed them my PayPal invoice number and my Cydia account. I've probably emailed them 4 or 5 times over a period of 2 weeks. No responses on any emails. Anyone have any experience with them? I tried emailing the author (Antonio Calatrava), but his email defaulted to support@mobileinnova.com. I also tried their supposed live chat, but it's never available during the hours they say it is. And, I tried calling, but it goes to an automated system that says to email them. Any suggestions?

patience is a virtue

Really? I think a few weeks is being pretty patient. And, there's no means of contacting them other than email (phone number says to email and live chat doesn't work). I just find it strange.

I would assume PKGBackup gets more downloads than these apps combined and their customer service (one programmer) responded to my issues multiple times in a day.

I'm not saying Mobile Innovations should get back to me the same day, but it's been over two weeks and they won't respond. Seems like they don't care.
