This service sucks, I've never been able to find phone support. I try to find the current status on the link they provide me and all I see is old stuff. I seriously am sick of mobile me

Mine's back up again, but it just upsets me that something so simple shouldn't be so up and down. I never have issues with gmail and that's free! I'm really going to have to evaluate my need for mobile me.

Apple promised that MM would be something they will be proud of in January (in case you didn't hear about it). I wouldn't expect near-perfection until then...

Today, sending mail from the MM web app has been horrific. Had to resend each one 5 or 6 times. But I also gotta say, since the first week of MM, this has been the only problem I've had with MM. :)

Mine has always worked well, Never a problem. Apple will eventually sort out the problems. They are doing too much at once lately and Quality has gone down.

Mobile Me has been terrible for webmail the past month or so....granted I'm not on a Mac right now (traveling & use what I can get my hands on)....however webmail should work on any computer that has a compatible browser...hotmail does...Gmail does...my other email providers do.....yet half the time I get a message saying my "webmail is unavailable" ....only to come back up several hours later.....plus same as others here, I often have to click about 7 or 8 times to get a message to send. Unacceptable imo, .Mac worked FINE.

This service is still not there, they released the thing about a YEAR early & should really give all of us .Mac users credit for a free year (not the lame extension we received). This has sucked from my experience. Even right now I cannot log into my TWO MobileMe accounts.

Mobile is a big piece of SH**!!!

Their service sucks and EVERY single time I try to update my site via iWeb it has issues. Now it's saying "Publish Error - servers are busy". BUSY???!!! WTF? WTF do I PAY these guys for? Half-ass service? What a piece of junk.

While Apple products rock, mobile sucks the big one and swallows it whole.

Mr. Steve Jobs: Why don't you fire that entire staff and lose the offshore dumb-FU**s that are COMPLETELY USELESS and build a new staff and systems that work and rock like Apple products do? My friends who are Microsoft fans are mocking me over this... It's embarrassing!!

What is the point of having great Apple products (Mac, iPad/iPhone/iPod), if the damn Mobile Me site they all work with is one big piece of useless SH**???!!!

My next question for you Mr. Jobs, is this: Since I've had such headaches in getting my site up and online, should I not be entitled to some percentage of a refund?

I think I just need to start shopping for another service. This is worse than anything I've experienced and ranks right up there in terms of crap with Windows ME, Vista and any other bad Microsoft product or service... I'd be very ashamed of that, Mr. Jobs...
