Mobile Me to access Mac Pro from work XP PC

Hi all is it possible to use mobile to remotely access my Mac Pro at home from my XP machine at work and from my Mac Book Pro when Im away from home ?

No Back to My Mac (feature of MobileMe) only works with Leopard Macs to Leopard Macs. Cannot be access from Windows.
