I bought my iPhone 3g when they first came out. I set up email, contacts, ect. I started using iCal and mobile me shortly after.

As much as I love my Mac ans I love my iPhone, mobile me has been a huge disappointment.

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I'm starting to wonder if it's something I'm not doing or what?

I go on my laptop. I create events in iCal. I log on to the net and as I understand it all my new events and contacts should upload to the cloud and then drop on to my iPhone right? What am I missing?

Some of my events show up and others don't. I updated my iCal last week and none of the new event appear on my iPhone iCal.

I thought the whole idea was to enter it once in one app and have it appear on all my devices?

That is how it's supposed to work, but it won't push from iCal on your Mac. You have to sync it (either manually or with a recurring sync). Check your MobileMe preferences in the Sync tab to make sure it is set to sync automatically and you should be good to go.

Ah, that may be the problem, though I was almost sure I had it set up like that before. Perhaps I'm mistaken. I'll try it tonight and see if that works.

Thanks.
