Mobile Safari question

If I have no tabs open on my safari in iOS 10, I am presented with a bunch of icons with site names under it, and half way down, I see Fequently visited. HOW do I edit this initial list of sites (i.e. remove some of them), above the frequently visited. I assume these are favorites (not my mobile bookmarks). Not sure where to go to change/edit this list.

long press on them and you'll get options to "Delete | Edit"
