MobileInstallerPatch for 3.1.2 Jailbreak

Where is the mobileinstaller patch located in Cydia, after jailbreaking 3.1.2 with Blackrain? It's not listed. I entered in a source, but it says that it is not compatible with the 3GS or anything above 3.1. Oh, and I'm a newbie when it comes to jailbreaking. Despite that limitation, I was successful tonight.

Actually I've spent way over $130 on apps within the last 4 months. In fact, I think that I've developed quite an addition. So I definitely support developers.
