Mobileme "box" work with PC?

I ordered the mobileme product from apple (yea i realized there was a 60 day trial after). But will the included stuff in the box work on Windows XP? or is there software that's mac only?

Its just an activation code that comes in the fancy box. Maybe a small info sheet too. No software. Your good.

Sign up for the free 60 day trial then input your code at the end of the trial.

But i will still only get 1 year right? Becuase if i activate at end of trial it will only give me 10 more months?
