MobileMe Calendar Sync over 30 Days

Hey there - newbie question for you all.

I have just tried the MobileMe service with my 1st gen iPhone 2.0.1 and have worked most of the kinks out.

The problem I have is that any nonrecurring items older than 30 days disappear from the iPhone, even though they are in both MobileMe and Outlook. I don't have this issue if I sync calendars with iTunes. You can specify a number of days there if you choose.

iTunes says that settings can be changed on the iPhone. Can they? Can I get all items including older ones on my phone with MobileMe or will I have to use iTunes?

[The General]

On your iPhone go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calenders

Scroll down to the bottom where you see the Calender section. See where it says "Sync - Events 1 Month Back" ... Change that to All Events.

There you go.
