mobileme calendar

I just purchased MobileMe. I now have it syncing email and have it on my IP4.

How can I get it so that my calendar on my phone is showing up on the MobileMe calendar online?

I would like to be able to see it on my work pc when i pull up the mobileme page.

Mine started doing this pretty much on it's own, although it didn't happen instantly.

Mine showed up fairly fast, I think within 5-10 min. Now any time I add an event either on my phone, Mac, or web the synch happens within 30 secs or less.
