This is totally weird. I sent couple of emails thru the Mail App on my Mac to several Gmail addresses. It went straight to Spam. Later I did some testing and here are the details:

1) Mail sent from Mail App on my Mac and iPhone goes straight to Spam in Gmail.

2) Mail sent from Me.com website to Gmail goes into Inbox and not Spam.

3) Yahoo doesn't consider the mails as spam

MobileMe Support told me that they cannot do anything on their end as they think that Gmail has a IP filter enabled and is Googles problem and mine. I am not sure if Google can do anything on this. Prolly reached a dead end here.

Anyone with the same issue?

Thanks,
Ashwin

Considering Gmail has zero tech support, your only option is to ask your recipients to add you to their address books as a precaution.

As a fellow subscriber, I've been very disappointed w/ Apple's "not our problem" approach to problems w/ MM; they said the same thing w/ SMTP timeouts and blamed it on my ISP (despite three other SMTPs working just fine). Grrr....
