Everything is very scattered and disconnected, isn't it?

If I'm in Pages I can type to my heart's contentment, but the only options are to send via email or to share via iWork.com (what if I don't want to share it with anyone, but only store it somewhere in the cloud?)

-- then there's the mysterious "Export" feature that lets me choose a file extension to save as, then says it will be available via file sharing. What does that mean? Where does the file go? To my iDisk?

I've been using Google's stuff since I got my first gmail invite. Remember when you had to do something creative to get someone to send you one? I offered to make this girl a pizza with her name spelled in pepperoni slices. I did it. Took a picture. Got my invite. Since then I've been into Google Docs and everything else.

Is there some way I can fully utilize Google Docs on my iPad? You know...maybe edit something besides a spreadsheet? (Spreadsheets are for businessmen.)

Apps, please.

I'm looking fof the same thing. I heard that Office2 HD works with a lot of google docs but not the newer ones, so that doesn't do me any good.

I share it with myself then delete the email. I don't know why they don't just have an upload function in addition.

So far iWork.com has provn rather awkward.

Maybe they're timing something with 4.0 ......

so ya have to find the cable and sync with iTunes everytime you need to copy that file back to the desktop? (w/o emailing)

don't cha think that's just a LITTLE bit moronic on Apple's part?

Can't you copy it back to you desktop via iTunes?
