Events set to begin at 9 am sync to my iPad as beginning at 11 am. All events are 2 hours delayed. Anyone know what's wrong here?

Could be a timezone thing. I would check your timezone on all devices.

Time zone on devices look good. Though i did just notice that this is happening on the iPhone as well. Anyone know why it's happening?

Your adding it from the cloud or on the mac?

On your iDevices, scroll to settings, Mail/Contacts..., Right at the bottom under Calender do you have your timezone selected?
