Modding a 5K iMac with M1 from Mac mini?

I've seen a clip on YouTube where someone replaced the guts of an iMac G4 with a M1 Mac mini, but I'd love to know if this has been done to a 5K 27" iMac.

Has anyone here tried this and how difficult would it be?
