Just like the iMac forum, the iPad forum is full of ridiculous posts that are obviously nothing more than a large-scale trolling effort. The MacRumors Forums used to be a place where (generally-speaking) reasonable and intelligent discussions took place. Now it's just a complete free-for-all.

Moderators, if this doesn't get cleaned up, people that are actually here to contribute are going to leave and this place is going to filled with nothing but garbage. (unfortunately, this has already happened to some degree)

Can we please make an effort to clean this place up?

The Mods are only human and I am sure they are doing the absolute best they can

The introduction of new products is always accompanied by a flurry of activity and insanity

It will calm down... just be patient

A. You're taking this too seriously/personally
B. Not everyone who thinks that the ipad isn't amazing is not trolling, some of us just don't like it.

Why did your create a entire thread to just to complain?

Your thread is just as useless and pointless as the ones you are talking about.

If you want strict moderation go over to http://forums.applenova.com/

Those people are crazy strict.

Starting a thread is not the way to help. Report posts, which you have not done at all.
