Modern buckle style strap with gold hardware

Hi guys. I just got a new gold stainless steel Series 6 (totally loving it!) and am looking for some band recommendations.

I love the modern buckle but it drives me nuts that they only offer it with silver hardware. I have a knockoff red modern buckle with gold hardware that I’ve had for years, but I can’t remember where I got it and all my internet searching is bringing up nothing. I’d love to get a brown modern buckle with gold hardware as that would go with everything I wear but I simply can’t find anything like that.

Have any of you guys found anything like this? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

I think apple used to sell one that had gold hardware… the aubergine color I think?

The Apple Modern Buckle (40mm) was available with Gold hardware with Aubergine (Fall 2019) and Raspberry (Spring 2020).

Thanks guys! I did actually manage to find some modern buckle knockoffs on AliExpress that have gold hardware here. I’m in the US so it’ll probably take me a while to receive them, but I’ll post back when I do! I got the brown and ruby red colors. The brown looks like it might be a darker and richer color than the Apple version, which I like, so I hope that’s actually the case when it gets here!

I'm also looking for one of these (specifically, the Aubergine/gold small version), Apple PN MWRJ2FE/A.

Anyone have thoughts on where to find any new stock of these? Coming up empty pretty much everywhere online, would prefer to stick with OE Apple.

I actually think the silver hardware looks fine with the gold case: it's reflective enough that in most lights you can't tell the difference. See pictures of my gold ss-S6 with an old classic buckle here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/aw-s6-ss-gold-best-color-ever.2258948/post-29067605

Interesting.... I didn't realize the 5 and 6 had different colour SS gold finishes.... And if that's the case, last year's Aubergine with gold hardware presumably won't match a Series 6 SS gold....

Paul, I sort of see what you mean.... Still think it's not ideal to not match with the modern strap. Especially with the big silver buckle on the other side....
