Occasionally, I have a need to make screenshots to post either to ask or answer a question. Most of the time there is some personal information somewhere on the screenshot that I need to blur out or erase. I found a free Adobe Photoshop app and downloaded it, but it doesn't seem to have a blur or eraser function (or I can't find it).

Does anyone know of an app that will do the job?
