Not sure what you are asking, what patch are you referring to...?

The Mac score is for the cpu.
The windows score is for the gpu.

I run macOS 10.14.6 unpatched clean install on a Mac Pro (mid-2012) with updated bootrom after updating to macOS 10.12 > 10.13 using a Metal compatible EVGA GTX 680 flashed with MAC EFI-ROM for bootscreen.

Running very smooth.

that's perfectly normal.

144 bootrom, Mojave and Kepler as a Metal GPU just simply works.

On geekbench site GTX680 is 16527 OpenCL.
For reference my RX580 is 50k score.

Do you have 2 cards installed?
It shows slot 1 and slot 2.
Maybe remove one.

In new macOS 10.14 there’s no NVIDIA native drivers (CUDA) available. That might be the reason for the difference in performance.
