Maybe reboot first too?

Perhaps I can delete it and get a fresh copy.

Seems like others are seeing the same issue (not just on the cMP). See this thread: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/public-beta-3-not-installing.2128136/#post-26259968 One guy's suggestion was to unenroll from the beta program and then re-enroll.
