Were there any Touch Bar improvements made in Mojave? I didn't see it mentioned in the WWDC KeyNote.

Not really. You can add Automator workflows to the control strip and the rewritten DVD player has Touchbar support.
Thanks for replying.

I find it somewhat disappointing that Apple didn't do much else with the Touch Bar considering how it's a significant feature of their high end laptops.

Heh? The haptics are in the trackpad.
You are correct. Try the app, it's pretty slick how it works. It allows you to customize the "intensity" of the haptic feedback, so it actually feels like the entire keyboard is providing feedback - not just the trackpad. It also allows you to have audio feedback instead of or in addition to haptic.

That means the haptics will be operating beyond Apple’s spec and can damage. No thanks.

I highly doubt it will damage anything as seldom as it gets used... but I respect your concern for the hardware, considering what we pay for these things. To be honest, I think it's a cool little utility, but it's a gimmick that just isn't necessary and probably isn't worth even the few CPU cycles it uses.
