It is a very cool application. However, I am very confused how to download new models. Can anyone help me?

you need to do a search via the app, it will launch a browser.

Then you need to search for a term in the browser and then look at the code on the left from the search results.

So you could search for a protein like, say, Actin then search.

Enter the code on the left in your iphone then you're all set.

It requires a little bit of discrimination in that you need to look through the search results to make sure you are getting what you really wanted to search for.
