I loved playing that game! 😃

A couple of times I picked the 11 as being the better shot, but all the others I preferred the SE. I guess it's down to perception (or maybe it just looks different on my monitor). Definitely not disappointed with the SE's performance, though.

That was pretty illuminating!

Current circumstances are that I spend much of my time in front of my computer about 5-6 feet from a sliding glass door, and I can look out and see the birdfeeders on my deck another 12-15 feet away. I shoot a lot of photos of the birds that visit. From that distance (and through a door and sometimes a screen) I don't get very good shots with my phone. I have my DSLR right here at my elbow, and if I want to shoot it's right here.

(I have taken some good slo-mo video with my phone, but that truly requires that I be at the door itself, preferably with it open. Can't do that with my DSLR though.)

But here's the thing: that's a large percentage of my day now, given the circumstances we're all facing. So I find myself taking a lot more pics with my DSLR than I do with my phone. When at some point I'm back out and about in the world again, that's when I will see how satisfied I really am with the SE's camera.

In the meantime, videos like this one really help.
