Money help

I am in the Navy and part of my job is to take money from the crew to buy groceries for meals while we are flying.


What I am looking for is an app that I can list the total that they give me and also be able to list every receipt that I get from the groceries. This app needs to allow me to show them a total that I have and everything I spent so when/if I get audited. I do need this app to accept cents when I put them in and show them.

Also it should allow me to add more money in when I have a person that jumps on for a day and gives me money that one time.


I already have IXpenseIt for myself, so I am needing another one for the navy.

quickbank might be good for you. $2 but it also allows you to attach photos of the receipts which I think will be useful for you.

Thanks for the reply. I am buying quickbank to see what it can do. I also purchased My budget last night after a brief research, but looks like Quick will be alittle better since My Budget goes on "monthly budget" (which I cannot stand).
