MoneyDance for online bill pay?

I'm thinking about moving on from Quicken 2003. My major requirment is to be able to do online bill paying from within the desktop software. I've done some research and it seems that MoneyDance does support this, but it isn't 100% clear from their web site.

Any of you using MoneyDance for paying bills electronically? Any issues? My bank is PNCBank.

Should I go with MoneyDance or just upgrade to Quicken 2006?
