Monitor for Mac Pro 2013

Hello everyone, I want to buy a monitor for my new Mac Pro late 2013, which do you recommend between these two?
Dell S240L -
Dell UltraSharp U2412M

I chose this two because I dont have much money to spend! MAX 300 dollar!

First, it's an IPS monitor = Better Display

Second, it's a 16:10 vs 16:9 format = more real-estate, 1920 X 1080 vs 1920 X 1200 pixels.

I will purchase dell U2412M. My one doubt was the lack of hdmi port. but besides this I also think it is the best choice.
