Monitor no longer fits OSX to screen

Hello, my mac mini no longer fits the samsung T220 screen. I have adjusted everything I can find or think of, but the screen size is TOO Big for the monitor. Annoying to say the least. I have tried to adjust the OSD...no success, the resolution...no success, looked for drivers ...it is plug and play? I am baffled and have decided to drink since I obviously am no good a this. Help!!! going down quickly. Thanks in advance, Dan

I have a Samsung 2343 monitor. I can't get it to display correctly unless I check the "overscan" box on the Displays control panel. Give it a shot.
