Monitor PC's power usage??

Is it possible to monitor my PC's power usage? I'm looking for a free program that will just show how many watts my computer is using. If you know of any, please post them.

I do not think it is possible to do it from the computer side with software. Namely because there is no point it could monitor it. The load is all from the PSU and it put to different places after that.

I have a UPS that has a nice LCD screen to show me the wattage I am pulling.
