Hello-

I am thinking about getting either a new monitor or a 26 inch lcd tv. Now could I hook up my mac to an lcd tv and have great picture or would it not work out so well. I once had a mac mini and I ran it through my tv which is just a normal tv and the picture was horrible. Can anyone help me w/ this.

thanks

What kind of inputs are on the LCD? I imagine you are talking about either svideo or RCA inputs. I know that your ibook has only one display output which is mini-DVI. On Powerbooks there is an svideo output to use and an svideo to RCA adapter, but not for ibooks as far as I know. Perhaps there is a mini-DVI to RCA or Svideo adapter out there, that is what you would need. My Powerbook has a completely fine output on any TV, I'm not sure how your display looked for you.
