Hey guys, just got a used mac mini g4, and I'm really happy with it. I was looking to be able to monitor the mini's performance, memory and cpu usage, that kind of stuff. I downloaded the istatpro widget, but one of the things I want to be able to monitor is the fan speed, which for some reason the widget isn't detecting. If anyone knows more about being able to view this in the widget or any other program or widget that has had success monitoring the g4 fan speed would be greatly appreciated.

Have not seen any fan speed monitoring for the G4.

I have seen (and use) it for the intel mini.

That widget shows the fan speeds on my MBP, I think it's an option if you hit the little "i" and look through the show/not show options

I don't see why it couldn't check the fan speeds on all macs
