Anyone checked out the iCruze yet? Didn't catch this one when it came out (announced around November 2004 timeframe). Came across it today in my local Best Buy ad. It's a little expensive, but for a direct connection to your existing car stereo it looks like a pretty good option.

Nice configuration tool on their website. Select the Make and Model of your car and it tells you what components you need to buy for the direct link.

Wonder how well it works...

Monster iCruze

The iCruze allows you to control and play your iPod with a direct-line connection for what I imagine will be some awesome sound quality. While $200 the price isn’t that great, iCruze allows you to keep your current stereo head unit and forego all those lousy-sounding FM transceiver options.

doesn't work with any Lexus

Nore does it work on my Hyundai Sonata :(

I was REALLY hoping it would work. The one thing holding me back from buying an iPod is that i cant hook it up directly to my car stereo. (None of this FM transmitter crap)

Very expensive, I'd rather pay $100 for an auxiliary audio input installation, and be able to control the music with the iPod controls.
