Monterey 12.3 Beta Safari Tabs go Crazy

I upgraded to the 12.3 beta to get a jump on Universal control (which I do love) but ever since then my Safari tab groups have been going crazy. I have them linked between 2 different MBPs which has been working fine up until now. Since 12.3, the tabs spontaneously swap spots, take control of the active window, apparently back up from their current page, etc. Lots of weird behavior. Anyone else seeing this? TIA.

Yes, I'm getting these weird behaviors as well since the 12.3 beta..

Ditto on this activity. It also appeared in an earlier beta but then went away. Now it's back. Fix one thing and break another doing it. That's life in the beta lane.

I am having the same problem. Tried several times to fix and can't.

There are several bugs related to tabs in Safari 15, particularly when using compact mode. Try to use separate mode and see if it fixes the some of the issues.

I called Apple a few days ago to talk about this issue. They recommended to reinstall Monterey to possibly overwrite any issues from the beta version. I was doubtful but last night I did the reinstall. Voila!! Safari problems are gone.
