Monterey on 2020 Intel Macbook

Sorry if this has been asked before. I have a 2020 Intel Macbook and am still running Catalina. However it seems as though the end of support for it is coming by the end of the year, so I know I need to upgrade before then but I'm a little afraid it won't run as well as Catalina does since I'm on Intel. What's the experience been like for anyone running Monterey on an Intel Mac?

Monterey has been running great on the Intel Macs that I run it on - a 2020 27” iMac, a 2015 13” MBP, and 2015 11” MBA. Your 2020 shouldn’t have any troubles

You’ll be okay.. I have the same generation with the i3 and it still runs like it just came out if the box… it should get a couple more major releases..
