Although moose are so large, they are very graceful. They move around without creating hardly any noise. Moose like this one roam the neighborhoods, eating willow and birch in people's backyards. They are not very aggressive unless one invades a certain zone of safety. For example, I was perhaps 125 to 175 feet away from this one, and it didn't mind my presence at all, although her young calf was nearby. But I had to make certain that I didn't get between her and her calf.
