Provided it works well, it looks like a good option to me.

The OCZ Vertex 3 Pro may be faster, but it's way more expensive and priced so that only SSD enthusiasts with a real need for the fastest speed would be interested.

Looks like the Intel SATA III SSD option provides a good balance between price and performance.
 
Although I absolutely prefer the Intel drives over anything else, this one looks like a dud to me.

20,000 IOPS 4k read and 5,000 4k write? The Intel G2 makes 35,000/8,600, so nearly twice as fast.
And as we all know, is is the random speed we're after, not the sequential ones (for OS/apps).

I'm definitely waiting for Anand to review the drive cause those specs seems really odd.
