Hey
I want to get some more RAM for my iMac G5, it takes PC3200 RAM and I wondered what amount was the best to get, I currently have 1GB of RAM, with 1 crucial and 1 apple stick, should I replace the crucial stick and replace it with a 1GB stick, or would it be better (in terms of performance) to get 2GB, whats the difference over 1.5GB in terms of speed as it says G5's work better with Paired RAM (at least on Crucials website)?
Also for any beifits of pair RAM do i need to buy a 2*1GB "kit" or will 2 individual 1GB sticks be just as good?
I need more RAM as generally I only have about 100MB free, I have about 1000 page outs today even though I have been using my machine lightly, so I'm pretty sure more RAM.
